Training hard
I started training on Monday with a fitness group and did Circuit fit today. Yikes killed in. Was actually light headed and dizzy so I needed to eat. Had a lettuce wrap with chicken breast and veggies. YUM..but hungry again...

Totally upping the Anny next week....
So I am feeling good and this meal plan is working into my life pretty well. I am not always 100% but I am 85 -90% compliant. And following Jillian's rule of thumb...the 80/20 rule that is then I am doing well.
But next week I am upping the anny. I am going to start training with one of our trainers and other employees in a group. This training session, Body Combat and Circuit Fit will make a difference for sure! Then need to see what I am going to add in the rest of the week. Possibly spinning, running and maybe a Yoga class for some good stretching.
The first week of July I should of received my Sensa order and then I will be tap dancing on Wednesday nights. So with this adding in you can see I am Determined and Motivated to be the Best I can Be this Summer!!
Yes...psyched for the additional Fitness activiities I am getting in!!!!

Weigh in..Down 1 lb..Feels like more :)
So I did good this week. Not as good as last week. Trying to pin point some of the mistakes..yogurt beach, trail mix a number of days out of the week, cake twice this week. Vodka and wine on Friday and a few times over the week. This all amounted to only a pound loss so it is understandable.
I feel good and really felt like the scale would show a bigger loss. No big deal. This week is going to be a GREAT week for me. I feel thinner and I know that the scale will reflect that next week. I may be holding some water from the brisket sauce on the steak last night...also had some trail mix, a bite of cake...Yeah there is where I slipped but I have NOT FELL. I will perserve and I will get to my goal weight by the time we leave for Florida on August 15th.
It is the 20th today, the first day of Summer so I have about 55 days still to do this!!!!

5lbs gone baby!!!
So weighed in today after I tackled an hour class of Boot camp. Yikes! Weighed myself before and saw the 5lb loss and thought maybe I could creep a little more off after exercising. No such luck but happy that I am on my way with the 5 lbs. Setting off to have another awesome week!!!!

Kicking it!!!
I did Body Combat today. That is always a mega workout with max calories being burned..about 530 to be exact. So I did not eat enough to compensate for the workout so operating on negative calories makes you light headed!!!
Getting ready to go to the food store to buy some more fresh fruits, veggies and meat!!! Feeling good on this diet. I really do think this is a lifestyle that I can live with especially since I am feeling good and seeing the quick results from eating this way. Not really missing breads or dairies so as I go into week 2 on this eating plan I am still highly motivated...Yeah!!!!

End of the Weekend
I made it through my first weekend very successfully. Wine and clear alcohol are allowed on this diet...I know can you believe it??? So did our ancient ancestors drink alcohol??? Anyway this morning I weighed in and I am 4.7lbs down so that made me happy. It has not even been a whole week yet so I will be weighing in on Wednesday morning for my official week logging in.
Today my mantra was To turn my body into a burning machine!!!
I can do this...Goal weight here I come!!!!!

Day 3 Going Paleo eating plan
Today is good. Feeling a bit hungry this afternoon. I did a high energy Spin class this morning so burned about 619 calories...this is probably why. Looked at Florida reservations and getting excited for our trip. True it is at the end of the summer but that just gives me time to get in my best shape ever!!!
Otherwise no headaches today. Feeling thinner already so I think this will be a good week. Of course going into the weekend is always hard. But I got this. My motto sticks in my head...
Nothing Tastes as Good as being Thin Feels!!!!
