Goin Paleo!!!! I ran the RTO this past weekend and found that being 2 years older, about 10lbs heavier and not as well trained that it really made a difference in my performance and how I felt this time around. I decided to get myself back in better shape, lose some pounds and maybe take on a new fitness activity to mix things up. I have gone Paleo starting today. Eating lean meats, fresh veggies and fruits and nuts. Paleo also referred to as the Caveman diet takes us back to how our ancestors ate. All natural, no grains, no dairy..just clean food close to the earth. This is my first day in and I feel good. I want to log in what I eat here to keep myself accountable. Breakfast: 2 eggs with spinach. Seasonsed with garlic and dill. Frozen strawberries. Snack: hardboiled egg and blueberries. Lunch: Can of tuna seasoned with mustard and a dill pickle spear. My workout this afternoon was Circuit Fit at the gym. Feel good today. Be back later for logging dinner.
