Good day...Stayed on program to the T.
Afternoon Snack: 4:30pm 1 oz of almonds
Dinner: 2 burgers without bun. Topped with mustard, onion, tomato. Green salad with balsamic vinegar dressing, One glass of red wine.
Dessert: 8pm: 1/2 cup of Silk unsweetened Almond milk
And this is my first official day...On My Way!!!!
